Additional to supporting me with a donation i provide a syncing server that will keep the pack on your PC up to date 24/7 and you will be able to see content I am working on and explore the new changes without having to download the pack entirely from scratch. The syncing works similar to a torrent and dropbox as it uses a network to provide the download and only downloads the changes made to the pack so each update for you is as small as possible. Note that I will only provide this if the donation is a min of 5$.

Just send me an email (can be found on the PayPal website) and tell me if you want to use this feature.

You can officially download it from here for free.Or use this conveniently placed button, to

In order to use custom sounds, i added to conquest you have to use the in-game command

This command can either be used in chat or with command blocks

Q: My Builds become very gritty the further I go away from them how can I fix that?
A: Use mipmapping/anisotropic filtering (these options are supported by optifine to smoothen out texture details in the distance).

Q: can I use your Resource pack in my Project/Server/Map/Video/personal resource pack?
A: Yes as long as you give credit to me as the resource pack creator by providing your community with a link to my page and never claim the textures that are made by me as your own!

Q: Can I use your Textures in a (non-) Minecraft and maybe commercially profitable Project?
A: Oh boy i am honored. Write me a pm with details and we can talk about how we can handle this in further detail.

Q: What do you use to make the textures?
A: Except from a lot of time I also use Photoshop to create the textures.

Q: Since you can paint textures, are you able to do other graphics related stuff as well?
A: As I am a communication design student I am beeing taught I all things graphics so yeah I can do Logos, Banners, paintings, Illustrations etc. Keep in mind through that work like that is. well. still, work and need to be paid to a degree.

Q: Can you join my Build team/server team? I will give you staff!
A: Sorry ravand.org is the only MCserver I actually want to be "playing" on. As it provides me with everything I need, to make stuff that I want to do happen.

Q: can you make a 64x64 --> 128x128 --> 1024x1024 version of Conquest?
A: I'm sorry but I won't personally make a higher res version of Conquest as I neither have the time for remaking every single texture I already have by hand. But I know for a fact that somebody is working on a 64x64 conquest inspired resource pack which I will feature here as soon as it has been released.

Q: My metadata blocks don't show up in my 1.8 build help how do I fix this?
A: 1.8 got rid of metadata's(sub ids) so the game can't display those textures anymore (last metadata compatible MCversion is 1.7.10).

Q: halp my metadata don't show up in 1.7 fix it.
A: make sure you have ctm enabled and the 1.7 version of the pack and not the 1.8 one.
(What download is compatible wth which version of Minecraft is written on the download button)

Q: What are metadata anyways?
A: Metadata (sub ids) are unused subblocks of existing blocks for example wool uses all its sub ids for the different colors of wool but wood for example only uses 4 of the 15 available blocks. Meaning I can use connected textures to give the blocks that are not officially implemented new textures to make "new blocks".

Q: How can I access those metadata blocks?
A: you can access them via 3rd party tools like worldedit meta cycler (bukkit/spigot plugin) Mcedit, /setblcok and even some via /give command (not all metadata are accessible that way)

Q: Does Conquest have some secret features?
A: Well kinda it does, next to connected textures and metadata blocks conquest provides some custom sounds, 3d models, certain mod support like better foliage and also a few custom heads that are accessible in a certain way so yeah there is bit more to it ;).

If you want to use my work as a server pack make sure to stick to the following guidelines:

do not use in-game prompts to the download of the pack (rehosting on your server), you can simply have a clickable link show in chat that leads to the official pack download. If you want to put custom content in the pack, you can make an addon pack that server users can load on top of conquest (that way they can always be updated to conquest without having to wait for you to update your custom version).

<snip> but if you want me to stay motivated and reward me for the work
i put in already, there is a adf.ly <snip>

First, if you are thinking this your motivation for making a pack is wrong. Your primary motivation for making a texture pack SHOULD be because you like it to make textures. Your second motivation should be because you want to make a pack for yourself. THEN it should be to make a pack for others. If you do not have this in the right order you WILL get burnt out and quit.

That is all really. great pack by the way!

reading that again makes me sound kind of cheap =/
But dont get me wrong, even if i dont get any money for it i wont abandon the pack. I had too much fun working on it.
On the other hand for an artist its always a beautiful thing to get some reward for what he worked for. ]

youre right its a resized version of the original ovos rustic pack lapisblock
but as you may know hes abandoned his texturepack and is out of reach for me to contact him
On top of it all its a texture that will be replaced in the future afterall. just to clear it out beforehand the mobs that im replacing at the moment are from misas pack. Those are all the leftovers from the time where the pack was personal use only. Since i released it now, all those will be replaced as soon as possible to not get profit from other peoples work.

He's back you know. http://www.minecraft. ack-redemption/ He's posted multiple times in this continuation of his pack. (And I was a part of it.) You're still going to need permission. And okay, glad you don't plan to profit from other people's work. It's happened many times before.

hehe alright check this out

Note that i kept the lapis very close to the original style my plan is to show ovo the textures and ask him about wether or not it okay to keep them like that or change them even more. through i have to say myself that the top one is way to close so i will have to rework him afterall

The thing with the lapis is that i really like the style it has, but i agree that it looks kind of odd together with the other textures,
thats mainly because it has such a high saturation compared to the rest, i will try something different today in order to make it fit better.

who knows maybe there will be something good coming out of it.
